cpu uses 90-100% in 19-20 Hotspot users

Hi
i have a RB493G router in my network and with only 20 active hotspot users the cpu uses is 100%
have sent the support.rif to mikrotik Ticket#2013011666000268 can any one suggest what to do

  • Use the profiler tool to find out which subsystem(s) are using so much CPU; and
  • The logs may contain some useful information.

Deleted because not related.

it’s simple
i was using layer 7 based traffic shaping
so when user was using a protocol that is towards the last of the mangle rule it used a lot of cpu

SOLUTION
i removed the mangle for the protocols that are not being used in our network
