CR304-4XG - how to disable led blinking when activity, but show the link state?

Hello, I just bought 10G switch to provide faster link for my synology, however since I do have router in a living room the blinking of leds is quite annoying, I found out how to turn them completely off, but then I am missing the link status.
Is there possibility to disable activity status (stop the blinking) and keep link status?
I tried to do something via LED trigger, but I do not understand what “user-led” means, I though there will be option just led-on or led-off.

Can someone describe me how to configure the leds as I needed - like for an idiot, please.

One or the other, you can't have both.
Or (no joke) use black masking tape.

PS this device is a switch.
It can be used (within limits) as a router but it remains a switch at first.

user led is a separate LED, distinct from ports LEDs. Looking at picture of device (available on product page), it's the LED to the right of power LED and reset button.
