Crazy MikroTik on Intel Atom server

We have 2 servers with same hardware. We installed MikroTik 5.5 on one, on another MikroTik 5.7. The servers are Supermicro SYS-5015A-PHF with Intel® Atom™ D510 processor and Intel ICH9R, Intel 82574L chipset.
On the first server, after x time the winbox is unavailable, winbox loader can’t connect to the router, also WebFig shows 404 Not Found error, once happened that one entry is missed from routing table. When we restart the router, the winbox is working for few days, and then winbox fails.
On second server, we set admin user password and it resets after few minutes to blank, also webfig shows 404 error…

We don’t have idea why this happens, we have only this two server with this hardware. Our other x86 servers and routerboards works perfectly.

There is an issue with winbox connectivity on v5.6, (might have also been present in v5.5 though) I found that if you ssh in and change the service port for winbox you can reconnect but the only permanent solution is to upgrade to v5.7 or restart the box each time the issue occurs.

Not sure about the second one, haven’t seen any similar problem.
