Create two networks-one for mac reservation other for visitors

Hi, I couldn’t find the way to create two different networks in Mikrotik RB960PGS to deploy this:
One network for my list of mac address reservation
The other network for everyone else.

Can I deploy this with this model? Do I need another model? Or this only can deploy with a switch?
