Create UserMan pptp/L2tp/sstp... Account with C# !?

hi guys
i using Mikrotik.API Reference in my WindowsApp (.Net4)
i can login and fetch active users on my GridView
how can Create Userman New Account with some option (UserName,Password,Profile,Email…) ?
