Create winbox user just for PPPoE creation

Hi guys, I’m relatively new in Mikrotik. I need to know how to create a specific user group. Members have to only access, through Winbox, to PPPoE options in order to create just new PPP secrets.

Is there any way to achieve this?

I don’t think that is possible with Winbox, suggest looking into Webfig Skins
