I have a HotSpot running on RB433.
I would like to integrate payments for hotspot with credit cards in Croatia.
I already have a Payment Gateway, but how to make a radius server which will make authorizations?
Can i make a radius server on my own, or do i have to buy one from some hotspot company?

You can either use Freeradius and build your own radius server or use your payment gateway and link to usermanager with some php API scripts. Either way you need some scripting knowledge and you have to consider time to make it working without bugs.
Hotspot company will give you a working solution in 30mins but you will pay for it..
Up to you.
IMHO i would prefer to build my own radius server so i can learn new stuff and easly troubleshoot issues regarding the authorizations.
It’s all matter of time you have for it
