No, it’s not possible. Mikrotik does not provide any SDK, functionality of RouterOS is limited to what’s provided by Mikrotik itself only.

The only way to run your own services on a RouterOS powered device is MetaRouter, but it has its own limitations and is not universally available on all boards.
