Is a CRS106-1C-5S able to run fully equipped with 6 pieces of 1000BASE-BX BiDi SFP optics (i. e. 6x 1W) with included 24V 0.8a power supply? According to https://mikrotik.com/product/CRS106-1C-5S the “Max Power consumption” is 11 W only.
24Vx0.8A=19.2 W
Let's take the Max power consumption as stated[1] 11W + 6x1W=17W
19.2W>17W
You should have no issues.
[1] very likely the actual power used by the "naked" (without SFP's) CRS106 is more like 5-6W
