CRS112-8p-4s won't boot

So got a CRS112-8P-4S recently, setup 6 passive PoE devices, UBNT Rocket prisms. Everything was working fine for like a month. One day I come and find 3 of the ports blinking red on the PoE LEDs. and the devices connected don’t respond, thought the switch was reachable. So I decided to reboot. The switch h went off then on again with all, but the PoE LEDs on. Please see the picture below. I have tried accessing it via the console port, but nothing is coming up on putty, and yes my console cable works. tested on cisco switch.

Is there something I am missing? Or is the switch dead?

PS: I have tried a replacement power supply

Try to connect using console port and paste here the results during boot.

If all the led go on and keeping on, in the exact moment you power on the device,
you must dispose the device following your state rules.

That unfortunally looks like it’s stuck in bootup. Maybe it’s possible to netinstall, maybe not.

The PoE leds is the top row. Bottom row is link/activity.

The console has no output whatsoever, just blank

I tried this, but the ethernet ports don’t seem to come up

yes :(( i hafve one in same state after storm
can’t boot on any way, bios is dead, console do not display anything and reset key are useless

Sad news, nothing to do. If it is on warranty, apply RMA.
