Hi there,

Can you please advise how the console on the Core Router Switch works ?
As I have tried different cables but still not getting output, if I press enter it prints one unknown character.

I have tried original cisco console cable, straight and rollover cable with juniper RJ45 to DB-9 adapter.

I am using usb to RS232 adapter, but console connection to a juniper router works just fine.

You’ll have to configure your serial port for baud 115200, 8N1.
