Can somebody provide the MINIMAL configuration so that this device just acts like a 24 port switch, but has an IP that can be used to access the device from anywhere. What I would suspect is a /ip address and /ip route would be it. However, the device does not seem to act like a switch as default with no configuration.
Once you add master-port to all but one of the interfaces it seems to behave like a switch, however I thought that now means that all packets must flow through the CPU interface and that likely means you are giving up wire speed with the processing power these devices have.
