Hi,
I work for a WISP, and we use the CRS125s as access switches. Each port is its own vlan. I noticed that if you do a tcpdump on an access interface you will see some broadcast traffic like hello messages and CDP and other stuff. On a TP-Link switch they have this check box that says discard unknown broadcast. If you apply it then the broadcast traffic disappears. Is there a specific way of configuring the vlans on the CRS125 or any other method that eliminates the broadcast traffic on customer vlans.
Thank you.
