CRS125-24G question

I’m looking at getting a few CRS125s (rackmount) to use in a scenario with port-based VLAN setup, where each switch is partitioned into six groups of four ports.

Can anyone confirm that each group will still perform at full speed? I’m looking at needing ten sets of four ports (third CRS125 would be a spare), with one in and one out in each quartet, with third and fourth ports left vacant for temporary in-NOC hookups for testing or monitoring. And I need each in/out to handle up to 250Mbps. These would be between a 20-port quadcore intel-based RouterOS router (with gigabit internet feed ATM, gigabit ethernet all round) and ten 1-gigabit fibers leading to ten 100Mbps-500Mbps microwave backhauls.

I just want to be sure that partitioning this way will be possible at the switch level.

Switching is pretty much wirespeed on this device, regardless of grouping…
