I have a new CRS125 with the latest firmware 6.11 and SFP is WAN with a public ip on that interface. i can ping out and get to this device from the internet but the NTP client will not update its time from the SFP. Any ideas ?
Wait 6.12 or go back to 6.10
There are some bug on 6.11 for CRS currently.
