Good morning I am quite new to Mikrotik equipment but I am looking to branch out and learn some new stuff. With that being said I am lost and confused when trying to configure the new CRS125 I purchased to learn on.
I would like to be able to create 3 VLANs across the switch and then trunk all 3 out to my pfSense router. I am looking to say make ether01 be the trunk port and carry VLAN 10, 20 30 out to my pfSense router/edge device. Then make say ether02-09 access ports on VLAN 10, then ether10-15 access ports on VLAN 20 and finally ether16-21 access ports for VLAN 30. The rest would just be disabled for the time being. I am really only looking to do switching for the time being on this device no routing until I purchase a second one.
I am confused on the master-port and such terminology I am coming across. Is it possible to do what I am looking to do on this device?
