It says could not change interface, not supported on this interface.
Also, it won’t let me put in 100M.
The dropdown options don’t work either and only go to 10M
Is this supposed to be working on this?
I have the latest installed, 6.25 and firmware 3.19
I need to be able to limit upload/download on these ports, port based limiting.
Any help is appreciated!

Ok, thanks, that kind of works.
Egress out the port (download to the client/laptop) works as expected.
I can set 100M and it gets 96Mbps on speedtest.net
Ingress from the laptop to the port doesn’t work hardly.
I can put in 10M or 100M or 500M and it only gets about 4Mbps-17Mbps.
So that is broken.
And I can’t find a way to set this in Winbox either.
I’ll try Winbox 3.
Ok, update:
Winbox 3rc has access to the two flows to bandwidth control.
The upload is still tricky, requiring more than the necessary amount to make it work.
It also requires more in the burst amount window.
If I don’t change that from 100k it doesn’t ever get above 80Mbps it seems.
Changing it to 1M and the amount to about 150M seems to let it get to 100Mbps in real throughput on a speed test.
Not exactly working, but tweaking it got it where I needed it to be for now anyways.
