CRS212-1G-10S-1S+ - all connected SFP ports down and up

Yesterday I have sent this info to support - Ticket#2015061866000028

In log I can see all connected ports link down and up. On the other side of connected SFP links there are most of these down-ups also in the log. Some of them are not, so I think outages are so short that are not logged.

On Friday Mikrotik support requested new supout.rif, because older one was not completely generated (I have generated it manually, but without any problem reported when I have generated it). No other info from Mikrotik except this request.

No word from Mikrotik support from 19.6.2015. All ports flapping on above mentioned Mikrotik router still continues.

From yesterday conversation with support I select:

Configuration should be changed to utilize switch chip features
instead of cpu on this device. Most of CRS series devices are
designed to be used as switches and cpu’s are not that powerful and
the moment it seems that there are some bottlenecks reached
somewhere in hardware and they cause switch to reset it’s port
state. From your end it looks like all ports have flapped.
We will try to correct these bottleneck cause lock-ups in
software, but in the mean while you should reconfigure your CRS212 to work as switch.

It looks related to software and should be fixable that way. Developer will be looking in to that I think at some point this week.
