I tried my internal DNS as Well as google public DNS servers. Ping tested from tools menu to make sure that they could be reached from the switch. I type them in and hit apply and poof they are gone.
I found that if I enter the DNS in WinBox under IP-DNS-Servers, then DNS is configured correctly, as the error when checking for a new RouterOS version goes away, and it correctly tells me that nothing newer than 6.13 is available.
Strangely, the configured DNS still does not show in Quick set.
Even stranger, after a reboot, it DOES showup in Quickset.
Seems that quickset may be a little buggy?
