Switch is working, however need assistance to configure two 10GBe cards (HP and QNAP) connected to the switch on Win 10.

If the cards are directly connected by 10Gbe ethernet cable only, can easily get 1-2G/s+ via file copy (SSD on each side).

If the two ethernet cables from the two 10Gbe cards are connected to the switch via 10Gbe transceivers (10GBase T working) I see only 20mbps using default switch config.

Can admin the switch via winbox.
