Hi, Guys
From the intro page, https://mikrotik.com/product/crs305_1g_4s_in#fndtn-specifications
CRS305-1G-4S+IN support POE 802.3af/at.
I connect my CRS305-1G-4S+IN GE management port to my upstream Cisco 3560CX POE switch, each port support max at 30W poe+ power.
BUT the CRS305-1G-4S+IN can’t be powered up. I used straight-through cable connect between Cisco switch and CRS305.
Any idea?
Sunny

Both two kinds of cable can't be powered up CRS305, all the LED is COMPLETELY OFF!
Any idea?
