CRS309 Require Reboot

I am using a CRS309 (using SWOS 2.10) as my core switch, off of which I have various Ubiquiti / TP-Link switches / APs connected. Today I have run into a situation that required me to reboot my CRS309 twice due to all of my downstream devices going offline.

It seems that communication on/to the CRS309 went in and out twice today, and I would know exactly when it would happen as all of my Ubiquiti devices (switches/APs) would alert to the outage. My Main PC is connected directly to the CRS309, and I was able to get sporadic communication to the CRS309 as I tried to determine what the problem was. Pings from my main PC would sometimes work to the CRS309, and other times not. Sometimes I was able to bring up the CRS309 web page, other times it would just hang. Both times all of the issues were resolved when I reboot the CRS309 via the web page (when I could get it up). Both times the reboot fixed everything and all worked normally after.

Any ideas? Temps on the CRS309 are typically in the 32-34C range, and I am using Cisco SR modules and 1 10Gtek DAC. (I have two other CRS309’s in my network downstream as well, no issues so far with them.)

You dont mention the most important which is the log…
The first think before rebooting and most valuable was to check the log…
