CRS310 Issues

Just got my new CRS310 router/switch today and I got it online and then performed an upgrade to the latest OS as per SOP.

Something must of went awry because it never came back online. I have tried reseting to default, as well as, booting to Netinstall to no avail.

Every time I try and connect using either Netinstall or Winbox - the ETH0/POE port just bounces off and on.

Is this thing bricked?

(note: I have the CRS305 and have never had an issue, I was upgrading to the 310 for the added ports)

I can’t even order the CRS310 yet, where do you live?

what issue do you get with netinstall?
can you also connect to it via the serial connection and access the routerBOOT menu? If you can try setting the firmware to the backuploader and see if it boots from there? If it does try installing another Router OS package, update the firmware then go back to the routerBOOT menu and turn the bootloader back to use the main one again :slight_smile:
