CRS312-4C-8XG reboot loop & windows netinstall failure

I just received a new CRS312-4C-8XG but it constantly reboot.

I tried the documentation available there :

But no success with it. The system constantly reboot, and I can’t access to the interface. Is there any simple way to handle. Is there a way to setup netinstall on macosx? I tried on vmware but I get this error:

You can run Netinstall with Wine.

This is what I finally did, but this is only working on linux there. I wasn’t able to run it on latest mac os (or previous). I guess this is because netinstall is compiled for win32. Would be cool to have a win64 version..

It is. Always forget about such limitations in newer macOS.
Using it myself on a machine that is still on High Sierra.
