CRS312-4C+8XG - SFP+ Ports don't work

I have a CRS312-4C+8XG. It’s been working fine for months. But now the SFP+ ports aren’t working.

The rest of the RJ45 ports work fine, including the Combo ports. Any idea how to fix this?

Anything changed (i.e. swapped SFP's)? What does the logging say? Sure it is this switch?

Nothing changed. Had to swap out the switch for a spare I had, and it works just fine.

Arista on one port via Fiber, Intel X520 on the other port via DAC.

Support has asked me to force set link speed and combo-mode to sfp.

Have you tried to reinstall system if you have CRS unused now? It shouldn't make things worse.
Maybe reset to factory would be sufficient?

I can plug a computer into the non-combo RJ45 ports. Plug in a DAC of Fiber adapter & Cable, and the CPU spikes to 90%+. If I’m connected via MAC, instead of IP, my connection gets dropped.

Force setting the combo-mode to SFP, and the Speeds to the correct values, doesn’t change anything.

Just reset it to factory defaults, set a password, connected DAC, CPU spikes to 90%+.

How do I get it to boot the stock firmware (6.47.10), and dump the 7.20.6 it’s running?

Dumb question but did you also upgrade the routerboard version?

Yes - routerboard is updated to 7.20.6.
