CRS317-1G-16S+ high temp

hello, i’ve found my Switch CRS317-1G-16S+ on high temp, floating from 75c to 80c in a server room with air conditioned system on 24c all the day.
the fans are full troatling to 8500 rpm.
But if i try to put my hand over the case it’s not too hot.
That’s the screen.
the sfp units are 6 10gbs and the 10 1gbs all microtik brand

is that temp “work as intended” or something is wrong?
firmaware updated with last stable one

I did not know that the fans would ref up to 8500RPM andthat must be a lot of noise.
