CRS326-24G-2S+IN not all LEDs lit on Power On

Hello,
I just received an used CRS326-24G-2S+IN reset it to factory defaults and upgraded it to 6.48.4. At the reboots I monitored that the LEDs for port 11/12 and 15/16 are not lit at the boot procedure. Despite the LED patern the ports are working fine.

Is there any interpretation of the LEDs on / off at boot time?

Same here, three pcs, CRS326-24G-2S+RM (same board, different case), same leds. Even with v7.17.
They do however work.
