CRS326-24G-2S loading failed

Greetings!
When upgrading through winbox, Mikrotik lit all the lights and stopped loading.
It does not respond to reset, netinstall does not help either.
When connecting the console, the only thing that gives out is this:

I have a device with the same fault (CR328-24P-4S+RM) and the same output on the console.
Were you able to resolve the issue?
