CRS326-24S+2Q QSFP 40G dont work with PCIe card XL710-QDA2

Hello.

We need to connect server PCIe card XL710-QDA2 QSFP ports to switch CRS326-24S+2Q in 40G mode.
We connected with DAC QSFP cable - link dont go up. Logs are empty.
We try various modes qsfpplus1-1 as discribe in https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/MikroTik+wired+interface+compatibility
without success:
/interface ethernet set qsfpplus1-1 auto-negotiation=yes
/interface ethernet set qsfpplus1-1 auto-negotiation=no speed=40G-baseCR4
Various SFP FEC modes also try.

Also we try to connect CRS326-24S+2Q to another CRS326-24S+2Q in auto-negotiation=yes mode without problems, so ports and cable are working.
On server side we try to upgrade firmware and drivers - without success.
Also we connected server QSFP to Juniper QFX5100 in 40G mode without problems, so servers card and DAC cable are working./

We think that problem is with Mikrotik configuration.
What can we try to config?

CRS326-24S+2Q firmware is 7.14.3.
Support file attached.

Answer from Mikrotik support:

Intel XL710 network cards have a vendor lock, which prevents the use of modules and cables from other manufacturers. Please visit Intel’s website to find out compatible peripherals for this NIC.
