Sure, that port need an IP address that is reachable from your computer (not necessarily in the same subnet of the bridge, but this would make sure that the address is reachable).
Via Winbox, follow the first steps given here for the Bridge (but select your port 24 instead):

or open a terminal in Winbox and run:
/ip address add address=w.x.y.z/24 interface=ether24
where w.x.y.z is the IP address you want to assign.
