CRS326 and RB750Gr3 vlan trunks and access

Hi everyone,

first of all thank you in advance for any advice and help.

I am facing a WiFi signal problem at home and I would like to move one AP from one room to my living room. My problem is that I only have one ethernet port available in the living room and that one is used for IPTV from my ISP, so I was thinking in setting up a trunk and transport IPTV + my local subnet to that port.

My current setup is:
|ISP Router| → ports 1-3 local lan, port 4 IPTV ->> NO VLANS available from this router
|Mikrotik CRS326| → port 24 used for uplink with ISP Router
|Mikrotik RB750Gr3| → WAN used as uplink (Mode: router) with port 23 on the CRS

I tried the following:
On the |Mikrotik CRS326| - port23 used as Trunk for IPTV and lan (vlans 10,20)
On the |Mikrotik RB750Gr3| - WAN used as uplink and trunk for above vlans (10,20), port 3 local lan (vlan 20 Access), port 4 IPTV (vlan 10 Access)

Trunk was ok between the CRS and RB, but my question is, how could I get and transport the IPTV + lan from the ISP router to the CRS since it has no vlan?
I tried setting on the CRS port21 as vlan20 Access and port22 vlan10 Access but this didn’t work.

Any thoughts on the above? Please let me know if more information is needed.

Cheers,
Sergiu.
