I have crs326 connected to QNAP 832xu-rp in random time the 10G only port doing up and down sometimes for 1 hour and other time for 5 minutes.
I tried to test cable and sfp+ module on net gear and dlink and cisco. Its work fine.
I have last version of MikroTik router os.
Any suggest?

Maybe an heat issue. Check the temperature.
