Hello. We bought CRS328-24P-4S + for powering CCTV cameras. As I initially understood, he has PoE on all ethernet ports. But for some reason, from 1-8, the PoE port does not work and it is not even in the tabs. From the description, I realized that all ports are divided into three groups and each has its own PoE with a budget of 150V. It is possible that a group of ports with 1-8 does not work or does not have PoE. If so, can I change it under warranty? Or is this model the first eight without PoE?

Please send supout.rif file from this device to the MikroTik support.
Thanks
I would suggest tp open up the board and check power connection to first of the 3 PoE daughter-boards , or daughter-boards connection to motherboard.
If that doesn’t help i would swap problematic daughter-board with good one, and check if problem moves with it or not.
Do it under your own advisement
Thanks! I send supout.rif file to the MikroTik support.
Hi,
I have the exact same issue with a brand new CRS328-24P-4S
Did you ever solve this issue and determine what the issue was?
Thanks,
Jonathan.
Hmm. seems to be a common theme with this model. I too just received my switch and found that POE was not available on ports 1-8.
Has anyone found a solution to this?
Mikrotik Support did refer to a physical inspection in my case, however, the faulty device is out of warranty already. Unfortunately, I did not notice the missing POE function on port 1-8 earlier.
Btw., the short warranty is something one should definitely keep in mind when buying MT devices. Other vendors like TP-Link, HP, ZyXEL and Netgear provide 10+ years warranty on switches within the same or lower price range.
