CRS328-24P-4S failed to boot properly after update

Hi,
CRS328-24P-4S did not start up properly after upgrading to 7.13.1.
After booting, the network interfaces do not pick up.
I connected with console cable I don’t see only the following

I would appreciate your help on how I can get my microtik up and running

The correct serial settings: 115200bit/s, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, flow control=none
Try to power off and on it helped me when i had similar problem.
