HI,
I would like to know if it is possible to set the output voltage of the CRS328-24P-4S+RM between 12V and 48V, I have a network with 24V AP and 48V telephones and would like to change the current switches with a CRS328-24P-4S+ RM.
Thank you
Your only options are PoE Voltage: Auto, High or Low.

The documentation does say "Some MikroTik PoE-Out devices support the global PoE settings " but the CRS328-24P-4S+RM is not one of these devices.
According to docs, yes:
https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/spaces/ROS/pages/19136769/PoE-Out#PoEOut-PortSettings
poe-voltage (auto | low | high; Default: auto)
A feature that allows us to manually switch between two voltage outputs on PoE-Out ports. It will take effect only on PSE with switchable voltage modes (CRS112-8P-4S-IN, CRS328-24P-4S+RM, netPower 16P, CRS354-48P-4S+2Q+RM).
But it’s 24V/48V, not 12V/48V.
I have one running here and it’s working as expected (one IP Phone, one wAP LTE KIT), in auto mode:
[admin@MikroTik] /interface/ethernet/poe> monitor ether5,ether8 once
name: ether5 ether8
poe-out: auto-on auto-on
poe-voltage: auto auto
poe-out-status: powered-on powered-on
poe-out-voltage: 52.2V 25.9V
poe-out-current: 45mA 80mA
poe-out-power: 2.3W 2W
[admin@MikroTik] /interface/ethernet/poe> /system/routerboard/print
routerboard: yes
model: CRS328-24P-4S+
revision: r2
What matters to me is that it is 24/48V and there is the possibility as an alternative. I was thinking of taking two CRs312-8P, one powered by 24 and one powered by 48 to put in the rack, but I think a 24 port would be better as it takes up less space. and does the same thing
so I really think I will mount the crs24 so in the same space I also have more ports available
