First Switch we plugged in made a snapping noise… opened it up and found this.
Put that one back in the box and pulled out another. Its POE fault light comes on as soon as it powers up…
Updated the firmware on it and got to the Log
Failed to upgrade poe FW on , diag code 80/328
Lift it off the ground and it shuts off.
