Mine is 58 degrees. I seem to recall that it was lower before, but Mikrotik changed the fan profile, they apparently think that upto 60 degrees is ok. What is your fan-speed? Mine are at around 400 rpm

Just checked one of the CRS328 i have in production, inside a cooled rack, CPU temp is at 41 degrees Celsius and Board at 32 Degrees… in an idle state…
