CRS328

Dear Team,
I am using a Mikrotik CRS328 (CRS328-24P-4S+)
I am getting the message “mikrotik running out of disk space when minimum 500kb is reached um will be stopped” in LogViewer - unfortunately I didn’t get them solved. When I have a look into Ressources there is Free HDD Space if 1056 KiB of total HDD Size 16 MiB.
Does anyone know, how to solve the Problem?
Is it possible to increase the size of HDD by inserting a SD Card or anything else? Is there a Slot in my device? Because USB is not supported as far as I know?

bests, Christian

What is the use of CRS ? Is it used as a switch or as a router ?
If it used as a router give us more information on what procedures does it run …
Also, ROS version ?

It’s high time to Mikrotik increase the flash size. At least 64MiB, when possible (some SOCs don’t go higher than 16MiB).

I have a CRS328-24P-4S+, running RoS 6.46.4 and used as a switch.
No routing.
No local logging.
No files saved.
Just a switch, with 9 VLANs, some PoE devices and two SPF+ 10Gib fibers.

I have 2568 KiB free. It’s getting quite small.

its used as a router.Used for:

  • CAPs Manager
  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • HotSpot
  • OpenVPN Server
  • Firewall
  • Internet Gateway

There are configured some bridges for deviding rights between networks.
I am using this router for everything…

I am using this router for everything…

I guess that is the reason you are facing these problems…
It is basically a switch…

no way to extend the memory?

None that i know of…

Just remove usermanager unless you are using it?

I would have to assume that if he wasn’t using it, it wouldn’t be storing transactions on disk or logging error messages.
