Hoping you can help - new to this switch and I am currently using the Q+BC0003-S+ breakout cable to connect 2x ESXi Hosts at the moment..
Regarding interface qsfpplus1-1 plugged into host ,1If I set this to auto negotiate it will never come up - if I tell it to use 10Gbps FD then the connection establishes and the first ‘triangle’ light illuminates on the switch.
Regarding qsfpplus1-2 plugged into host 2, auto negotiate works fine - same cards - why the differences ? If I remove qsfpplus1-1 then the triangular light does not illuminate at all - does this need the ‘first’ cable always in to light ?
Additionally, the individual rectangular link activity lights do not illuminate - why not ? Is there a config I need to make for this ? It is all default at the moment other than the changes mentioned above.
