CRS354-48G+4S+2Q+ does not have SWOS Installed

Hi,
The documentation suggests that SWOS should already be loaded but it does not appear on my device.
Copy of serial console below

Just discovered that there is no SWOS for this model, even though where I bought it from says it has a dual boot option.
Is it ever going to be abailable for this device?
