Got a call about a phone not working. Logged in to switch (v7.18.x I believe) and ports 17-24 were in poe-out status: no_valid_psu. Attempted soft reboot, no remediation. Replaced switch, brought failed switch online and no longer receiving an error.
I know it’s a long shot, but any thoughts on the 7.x train and intermittent power issues/soft faults? I have just 2 other CRS354 POE switches installed in production and haven’t run into this issue (7.17.1 release in particular).
