CRS354-48P-4S+2Q+ Traffic And Random Reboot Problem

Hi,
We have CRS354-48P-4S+2Q+.
Switch PSUs are both connected to different PDU’s. Environment temp is 20C.

My problem is switch network randomly down but port is up. There is no traffic. When i was the reboot router problem is solving. (FW 6.47.1)

After update to Fw 6.47.7 router rebooting randomly in day 5-10 times. I updated routerboard. In system log it says kernel failure.

What is the problem ?
How I can I solve this ?

Please report this to support portal or email to support@mikrotik.com. See if the device creates an “autosupout.rif” file after the reboot, it could help us debug the issue. If the file is not created, then create it manually and attach it to the report.
