tried a lot now but no real idea or configuration found to get it working propperly.
I would like to use a tagged VLAN (10) on our CRS354 switches running the latest RouterOS as a management VLAN.
Open for any suggestions 
There is nothing special, just read mikrotik documentation..
Did you try to configure it ? Can you export configuration if you did ?
In any case if you want to use VLAN10 as management then you need to create VLAN10 under interfaces/vlan, as bridge select your bridge and if you want to assign IP address via DHCP create DHCP client and as interface choose vlan interface you created.
Then you just need to tag bridge to that vlan under bridge/vlans.
