CRS354 - out of space - RESOLVED

Hello

i cant figure this issue out. We have two CRS345 48 port switches that both have 0% space for the 16MiB after updating to latest 6.47. There are no files in the Files storage either. So i have no idea where/what is using the space. i also cant uninstall any packages to try and free up space. When doing so and restarting nothing happens. So far these new switches dont seem ready for real world. Fact that they cant even run in SWOS mode is really disappointing. Any ideas?

What packages are installed? Did you import certificates?

Attached pic of installed packages. Problem is, i cant even uninstall the un-wanted/needed packages either. No we have not installed any certificates either.

Looks like anybody uploaded all available extra packages to the device to upgrade…
Should be easy to recover with netinstall. Not sure if there is another way… Probably not if you can not uninstall unwanted packages.

ok, well i cannot get netinstall to work via ethernet boot. The switch never shows up as available. i’ve done the reset successfully and have netinstall open ready, but it never shows up and switch just sits there. i am able to get connected via serial, and as it boots its just say kernel not found…kernel loading failed loop. Can someone walk me through what to do from here to get it back to factory/free memory up at least?

Update: So i guess i was in port 1 and needed to be in mgt port for it to see the CRS. However a different issue now. i have the package selected, click the CRS, click install and it flashes very quickly and then nothing. i dont see anything on the console either. just states waiting for installation server… So making progress, but not there yet it seems.

Update2: Was finally able to get netinstall working. My fault, had a gateway set in nic connected to mgr port. Whats weird is it would see it, but not let me run the install. After i removed it, i was able to run install without an issue.
