Hello,

I want to join 2 office with IPSec, each one have symmetric 300Mbps internet connection.

I want to use RB 850Gx2 devices. Could this RB handle a 300Mbps IPSec connection?

Anyone have similar installation?

Maximum throughput on this device is ~500Mbps UDP traffic with 1400byte packets.

No, that one has weak CPU and no HW acceleration, max ipsec throughput is around 25Mbps.

You already picked cheapest one, RB850x2. Other routers more expensive are RB1100AHx2 and CCR series rotuers.

Currently RB3011 can handle around 150Mbps ipsec traffic. Router has hardware acceleration, but the driver is not ready (for RouterOS v6).

VPN performance of different RBs
