CSR328 POE weirdness

I have the CSR328 POE switch. The POE seems to work, but it behaves differently. When I plugged my powered device to ports 17 - 24, I get no POE. I have to manually set to force and set the voltage to high for it to work. Auto does not work. However, the ports from 1 - 16 seems to take auto POE for the same powered device.

Does anyone know what is going on?

The switch has plenty of power. These powered devices are Raspberry Pi4 with POE Hat and IP cameras.

Each set of 8 ports has it’s own PoE PSU and it sounds like maybe that or something else with that bank has gone bad.
Have you opened it up to take a look? Just confirm nothing has come unplugged or has obvious signs of damage.

Might be worth sending a config and suppout to support.
