CSS326 Problem 100/1000Mb port

Hello all!

I’m new french user Mikrotik! (sorry for my bad english)
I have a problem with my Mikrotik switch CSS326.
All port are configure with auto negociation and work fine in gigabit.
But something port force in 100Mb. If i put the cable in other port of switch, the gigabit link its ok.
If i force gigabit link in SwOS, communication fail.

Have you an idea?

Next problem
When I turn off autonegation, the LED at the port is still on. Even if the cable is disconnected. At 10 and 100Mb it does not transfer data, when setting 1Gb yes
