Cube 60ac Pro not connecting.

Hello I have a pair of 60AC Pro’s. They use to be a working pair but over night after a storm one cube (receiving end) stopped working. I have done reboots, factory reset , but none of these tricks have got me any result. The issue I am having is that I can not connect to this device at all via Winbox as it’s not showing. It is also not grabbing an IP address not can I change the network drivers on the PC to get it to reach as it’s 192.168.88.3 address. Please give me insight as if it’s toast or if I need to reboot the config on it someway.

Unless you changed the original configuration, the Cube Pro original one has a static IP 192.168.88.3 or 192.168.88.2 on the ethernet port, it is not grabbing it from anywhere, so it sounds like the device is not booting properly, and - even if the IP is gone because the configuration is invalid - the MAC address connection should always be possible.

The only thing you can try is netinstall, besides reading the official documentation:

do search on the forum for the various tricks that may be needed, particularly if you try it from a modern Windows, it is a tricky process, and unless you already managed to do it on another piece of working equipment you will never know if it is failing because of the target device is defective or because of your environment :frowning: .
