I have bought two sets Cube 60G ac for a customer (4 cubes in total). All cubes have rattling noises inside them? Is this supposed to be normal? It just feels like a bigger plastic thing is loose inside them. What i find very odd, regarding that I have bought two sets. So I’m quite unsure, if this is normal.
After having a odysee with DPD I’d hope, that I don’t need to send it back as DOA.
Sorry for this question, but I was unable to find this mentioned in the manual.

date jun-3-2022 i just receive 3 Cube 60G ac and 2 of the units have plastic rattling noise inside 1 unit no rattling noise
so this needs response from man that know in mikrotik i do not know why this post was never responded to by mikrotik
i think it is a problem in manufacturing of this new model and need to be corrected not ignored

i like to know if i can fix it by opening the unit if i get some guidance from mikrotik how to open Cube 60G ac safely and seal back

at the moment i have 9 different 60g units 3 of Cube 60G ac

5GHz antenna holder allows some play on early models - this is fixed in later revisions.
Devices can’t be opened without destroying outer case.

do you have empty spare shell for sale or can you make some available sold by serial number of rattling noise units

If there is slight rattling - this does not affect functionality, devices will work fine.
If there is part loose inside shell - return it to RMA.
Shells are welded, they are not designed to be taken apart.
