Custom development on CCR1036-8G-2S+

Hello!

I’m interested in developing custom network software based on CCR1036-8G-2S+. Can I replace/add some functions/programms to my standard RouterOS? Can I install custom linux on CCR? I plans to create custom network analyzer using all CPU power of CCR.

Can you do this with Cisco OS or Juniper OS?
I think this is not really wanted by MikroTik itself, but I think
a way to set up something likes MikroTik Apps or plugins would
be a really nice and interesting way, but not like Apples way.
